Teardrop warehouse racks (aka pallet racking, industrial shelving or warehouse racking) is one of the most popular types of pallet storage systems for industrial storage of palletized items used by business warehouses and distribution centers in the USA Market today. One of the biggest reasons is the popularity of the teardrop punched post design. This design provides the ability to use a boltless beam conductor to assemble the horizontal shelf beam components to the vertical upright ends supports, making it an easy-to-assemble storage system for palletized product.
Boltless connectors allow for a fast and simple assembly of the shelf beams to the vertical upright end supports without the need for bolts, clips or other fasteners. Colors are most often green (uprights) and orange (beams) but they can come in a multitude of different colors.
